The oil immersed solid grey makeup The once untouchable breasts and the wrinkled faces How they resemble a vacant memory This day covers him erasing every shadow Studying a shaped outline being sensitive to himself Encircle brushed off time to paint the visible Shrugging off astonishing noises From the athletic game In the countryside pastures beneath Shaking off the discarded ponders By the amethyst water bed Once where great past lovers Had a romance pledged From so long-ago, All the hurdle of red extroverted livelihood The direct treachery Amalgamation of green and orange The vacillating hands And the depleted shoes in this concealed cottage A tangible poet chooses to believe You will arrive tonight
