For
your convenience and to save us time at the gate, you can buy your
tickets to the Sentinel Literature Festival here. Your e-ticket will be
delivered to you by E-mail.

use drop down button to select what dates you would like to attend.
Ticket conditions

We have broken down the days
of the festival to help you plan and choose the days you can
actually attend. If you are not sure of your programme, you may be
better off writing to us to reserve a seat for you, which we will
confirm closer to the festival, in which case you may have to pay at
the gate.

We hope that when you buy a
ticket, you will be able to attend. However we understand that
circumstances beyond your control may arise, therefore items 3-5 of
these conditions explain your cancellation rights and our refund
policy.

If for any reason you decide
or are unable to attend and you cancel, we should normally offer you
a full refund. However if your cancellation comes beyond the
timeframe that paypal can refund their transaction charges, we will
refund your money less 15% of the gross amount paid.

If you cancel your ticket at
a time we have less than 14 days to the festival, we regret that we
will not be able to offer any refunds.

Should you fail to cancel
and also fail to attend the dates paid for, we regret that we will
not be able to offer any refunds.
