BERNARD OTUMUN
OUR DAYS
In the days when we were suckling babes we desire the gentle cuddling of our beholder's face
In the days when we discovered our shoes had lace we desired to walk alone and explore every place
In the days when we picked interest in our play mates we desired to make games together in the clay
In the days when we began the schooling race we desired to be the best of the rat race
In the days when we bridged the youthful age we desired the opposite sex and our own taste
but today when we found out we survived by GOD's grace we desired to serve HIM in every way
