James Tar Tsaaior PHD, is a Lecturer in the Department of English, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.


Jumoke Verissimo lives in Lagos, Nigeria.  She works as a freelance journalist for the Guardian Newspaper.  Her works have appeared in The Journal issue, Bathtub Gin, Boyne Berries Spring, Chimurenga, Roses and Thorns, the Delinquent and different anthologies.  She is one of the editors of the website  Her book, a collection of poems will be out in March 2008.


Obiwu is a writer and comparative literary theorist. His Publications include the poetry collection "Rituals of the Sun" and the seminal essay "The History of Nigerian literature, 1772-2006." He is director of the writer center at Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio.


Obododimma Oha is a Senior Lecturer in Stylistics, Semiotics, and Discourse Analysis, Department of English, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is also a Fellow, Centre for Peace & Conflict Studies at the same university.


Obi Nwakanma is a doctoral candidate and humanities fellow at the St. Louis University, is author of the poetry collection, The Horsemen and Other Poems and the forthcoming biography of Christopher Okigbo, Thirsting for Sunlight.


Uduma Kalu, Staff Correspondent and Literary Editor of The Guardian Newspapers, Nigeria, edits the newspaper’s Book and Literature Pages. From 1990 till 1999 he reported as a freelancer for The Guardian, Vanguard, Daily Times, The Source Magazines, amongst others. And has won some national media and literary prizes, apart from being honoured for his literary and media activities in Nigeria and abroad. A highly anthologised poet, his work appears in Camouflage: Best Contemporary Nigerian Writers, 25 New Nigerian Poets, and the May Ayim Anthology.

Rudolf Ogoo Okonkwo is the author of Children of A Retired God. He is currently working on the book, With God As Our Shrink: The 2nd Obasanjo Years (1999 -2007)
