Victoria Kankara is a Nigerian Poet. She has published a collection of poems, Hymns and Hymens (Yenogoa, Nigeria: Treasure Books, 2005). She has a degree in English language. 

 

Angela Amalonyen Nwosu was born during the Nigerian civil war. She has worked as a teacher, book editor, romance writer and a columnist. She is currently working on a novel tentatively titled-NIGHTHOOD.

 

Janine Wright is a 19-year-old Canadian poet. lived in Alberta for most of my life. She has a passion for flying, and two pilot licenses (gliding and private). She in the process of earning her commercial Pilot’s licence.

 

Tolu Ogunlesi was born in 1982. He is the author of a collection of poetry Listen to the Geckos Singing from a Balcony, (Bewrite Books, UK, 2004). His work has appeared in Wasafiri, Sable, Orbis, Eclectica, Stickman Review, VLQ, Inkpot, Mississippi Review, Times Arts Review, Smoke: A London Peculiar, Sentinel Poetry Quarterly, Parameter and Subtle Tea among others. He has a degree in pharmacy.

 

Molara Wood writes a weekly Arts column for The Guardian, Lagos, Nigeria. Her writings and photography have been widely published internationally. She lives and works in London.

 

 Janet Somerville is a Canadian poet and one of six women poets anthologized in Calling Cards: New Poetry From Caribbean/Canadian Women (Toronto: Sandberry Press, 2005). She has attended the Humber School  for Writers’ Summer Workshop and the Banff Centre's Writing with Style program. She is the Herad of English at the Royal st. George’s College in Toronto. 

 

Nicole Beaumont is a Canadian artist born in 1977in Guelph, Ontario, and now resides in Canada's capital, Ottawa, Ontario. Her first public exhibition was at the Cambridge Gallery in 1996, in which she presented a mixed-media painting called, Emotions. From 1997-2000, she apprenticed at The Looking Glass Studio with artist Sharon McNamara.

 

Niyi Juliad – is a Nigerian poet. He is the winner of the Sentinel Poetry Bar writing challenge for June 2006.

 

Ikhide Ikheloa is a Nigerian writer living in the USA. His essays have been published in international journals including Eclectica and Sentinel Poetry Quarterly.
